Coffee with the Canons

A warm welcome to Coffee with the Canons, a new podcast from Coventry Cathedral led by our Canons.

In this podcast series, our Canons sit down with people whose lives have been shaped by Coventry Cathedral's story – and what has made Coventry Cathedral famous internationally.

But this isn't just about heritage or history. Coffee with the Canons looks at the living, breathing work of reconciliation that happens when people from different places, different traditions, and different experiences come together to ask the big questions.

In Coffee with the Canons, you'll hear from people living out that calling in their own communities and contexts. Whether they're clergy, researchers or neighbours building bridges across division, each guest brings wisdom born from lived experience. You'll discover their stories, their struggles, their hopes – and the ways their journeys connect to ours.

These are conversations for anyone asking: How do we resist injustice? How do we build something better? How do we love across difference? If you're wrestling with these questions – if you're looking for inspiration, insight, or simply the reassurance that you're not alone – this podcast is for you.

So pull up a chair, pour yourself a cup of coffee, and join us. Let's discover together what it means to be a people and place of reconciliation.
