Music is central to the worshipping life of Holy Trinity, Southport. The church is home to a very strong musical tradition, and the choir sings at two services during the week, along with special services and occasions throughout the year. Holy Trinity is the only parish choir in the Diocese of Liverpool to maintain a full midweek service of Choral Evensong. Members of the choir come from a wide variety of ages and backgrounds, and our choristers are recruited from a number of schools in the town. Almost each year since 1964, the choir has visited a cathedral to sing for services, and we are very much looking forward to making a return visit to Coventry, having last sung there in 2013.
