Ticketing Policy

Prices

Prices are correct at the time of showing and are subject to change.

Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable unless the event you have booked for is cancelled or rescheduled. Any and all refunds will be issued at the Cathedral’s discretion. The Cathedral will make every endeavour to make sure an event will go ahead as planned, however, should an event be cancelled, we will issue a refund to the method you have paid with. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, but we will issue a full refund upon request.

For events that use an external ticketing service (e.g. Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, etc.) you must need to contact them regarding their refund policy. The Cathedral is not able to offer refunds for tickets sold via a third-party service.

Fraudulent bookings

We reserve the right to cancel ticket bookings which we reasonably suspect to have been made fraudulently. Tickets are for personal use only. Buying tickets as, or on behalf of a business or trader engaged in the resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. We may cancel tickets and refuse entry if we have reason to believe this condition has not been respected.

Delivery

We offer digital tickets to every one of our events sold through the Cathedral website, they will be sent to you via e-mail. If you have not received a confirmation of purchase or a digital ticket for an event, please get in touch with the Events team at email hidden; JavaScript is required.

We will accept printed tickets should you wish to have a paper copy; each ticket is valid for one entry, and duplicates will not be accepted. Attempting to enter with duplicate tickets will render the ticket void and you will be refused admission.

In the event that your printed ticket is lost or damaged, please provide either a ticketing receipt or proof of purchase on the day of the event. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is not able to demonstrate proof of purchase.

Conditions of admission

The Cathedral is a space for all and we want everyone to feel welcome. As such, your comfort and well-being are paramount to our staff while you are here, so you must listen to and follow any instructions they may give you. Any abuse or behaviour that is likely to result in damage or injury will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any ticket holders from our premises.

Accessibility

If you require additional support during your visit, please send an email to email hidden; JavaScript is required and we will make arrangements for you. We offer one free ticket for the companion of any ticket holder who is unable to attend an event unaccompanied, however, please make us aware of this if a specific disabled ticket is not available.

Concessions

Should concessionary tickets be available, we reserve the right to ask you to present a relevant ID that corresponds with that concession (e.g. Valid Student ID).
