As we head into the month of LOVE, enjoy a soulful, slow and meditative evening to focus on 'self-love''.
Whether in need of a solo evening away from life's pressures or wanting to share a grounding moment with your loved one, this is your a time to slow down and unwind.
Led by the lovely Rossana, this session offers a moment to 'pause' and a chance to absorb some of the serenity that the buildings architecture provides. Starting with a grounding yoga sequence for calm and stability and finishing with Yoga Nidra, a form of guided meditation, so deeply relaxing and restorative that it is also known as “yogic sleep”.
This event is open to all abilities.
Please bring yoga matt and a blanket if you wish as it can get a little chilly.
