Coventry based artist Rob Halligan and his band, Homeward Hie, will be appearing at Coventry Cathedral as part of their UK “Between The Songs” tour in April.
The award-winning singer songwriter who has appeared on national TV and Radio, and worked with artists from Wet Wet Wet and Deacon Blue to Waterson-Carthy and Aled Jones, will be partnering with children's Charity Global Care for the tour that follows hot on the heels of his latest album Always Heading Home. The shows have plenty of laughs, honesty, stories and music and take the audience on a journey of reconciliation, faith and hope.
Each show is “packed with stories and songs that are complemented by Rob’s natural rapport with the audience”. (BBC CWR review)
Rob has worked with Global Care for over 15 years visiting projects in Ethiopia, Bangladesh and Lebanon and championing the Children at Risk Campaign.
