‘Visual Communion’ is a series of symposia exploring the Eucharist in relation to art, architecture and craft. On Saturday 10th November we will be looking at ‘The Modern Era’ and asking how developments in art, design, liturgy and theology affected churches and their fabric. Speakers include the Dean of Coventry, Judi Loach, Mary Sleigh, Louise Campbell and Chris Irvine.
There will be an opportunity to view vestments designed by John Piper, and we will celebrate the Eucharist at lunchtime after the Litany in the Ruins.
