Tasks
- To offer a warm and genuine welcome to visitors to the Cathedral Ruins
- To be visible and approachable within the space
- To give an overview of the Ruins and be able to answer visitor questions, and to have an awareness of important facts about the wider Cathedral (We will provide these for you)
- To be able to explain the link between the Ruins and New Cathedral and encourage visitors to enter the new Cathedral
- To invite donations using the agreed donation ask
- To actively promote the Tower Climb, Blitz Experience and other Cathedral attractions and promote services and various special events as appropriate
- To work with the wider team to keep the Ruins clean and tidy and rubbish free, and report any issues in a timely manner
- Attend any meetings or training to help with role
