Martin Hayward

Martin Hayward is the Director of ICR with responsibility for the Coventry Office and department.  Before joining ICR in May 2004 he was for 7 years the Administrator for Springboard, the Archbishops' Initiative for Evangelism.

Martin originally trained in marketing and was a partner in a Marketing and Graphic Design consultancy for about 14 years.  Following that he has now worked within the Church of England for about 20 years.  He is married to Gill and they have two daughters and two young grandsons.  Both worship at the Cathedral and where Martin is a Licensed Reader.
